This project goes back a few years, but still memorable for the client briefing and the way in which their organisation embraced the change. A client design brief is typically geared around the needs of their customer. In this instance, the new brand was targeted inwardly towards the organisation itself. 'Rallying the staff' behind the new brand fostered positive culture change which then transferred into more positive customer engagement. The scale and speed of the transformation involving everything from uniforms to office fitouts and rollout of the brand communications was truly remarkable. While the brand has since received some updates to the original design, the principal elements have been retained. An image of the previous blue and yellow brand is included below for reference.
